Sustainability Program Manager for Power Delivery

PacifiCorp is a leading energy company seeking an experienced Sustainability Program Manager to oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of assigned programs in the Power Delivery department. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, delivering, and controlling program activities to achieve the mission and goals of the internal organization or external regulatory agencies and proceedings.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five to seven years of professional experience in utility operations or other regulated environments, energy-related operations management, project engineering, project management, and/or program management. They will possess leadership and teamwork skills to provide input into policy decisions and mobilize resources to produce desired business results.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,700-$118,400 and an annual discretionary performance incentive bonus of up to 15.00% of salary. The company also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health care, retirement, paid time off, tuition assistance, paid short-term and long-term disability, and paid bereavement leave.

The successful candidate will be proficient with the use of personal computers to gather, analyze, and summarize data, and will have advanced communication and interpersonal skills to interface with team members and customers to promote positive customer outcomes.
