Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all liquor liability regulations.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of various liquors, beers, and wines.
  • Order and replenish the bar with essential supplies and equipment.
  • Set up and dismantle the service area and stations effectively.
  • Assist bartenders and waitstaff in delivering exceptional service.
  • Verify guest identification to ensure alcohol is served only to those of legal drinking age.
  • Engage with guests and address feedback positively, resolving any service-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated excellent guest service skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of liquors, beers, and wines is required.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods is necessary.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Alcohol training certification (TIPS) is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Most tasks are performed indoors, with the ability to work in varying temperature environments.
  • Must be capable of standing and moving efficiently for up to 8 hours.
  • Ability to navigate between simultaneous tasks is essential.
  • Must be able to bend, squat, and lift up to 75 lbs regularly.
  • Ability to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs consistently.
  • Requires manual dexterity for operating necessary equipment.
