Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive affinity based engagement strategy that evaluates current programs and identifies opportunities for growth.
  • Lead the development of programs and initiatives that cater to the interests and needs of diverse alumni communities.
  • Manage volunteer management, committee work, and event management to support affinity based engagement efforts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in development, communications, and campus community partners to advance the goals of the alumni engagement team.
  • Track and analyze alumni data to evaluate the effectiveness of affinity initiatives and inform future programming.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of seven years' experience in a professional position, preferably in a role that included project management, event planning, and volunteer management.
  • Proven ability to design and execute programs at a detailed level, events, and initiatives that cater to the interests and needs of diverse alumni communities.
  • Capacity to work in culturally responsive professional practices that incorporate diverse perspectives from all constituents.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with multiple constituencies.
