Job Summary

Bottega Veneta is seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our dynamic team in Saks New York. As a Client Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective client outreach and relationship-building.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other sales techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Assist management with store opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and other tasks as required.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Polished and well-groomed appearance at all times.
  • Ability to work closing shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
