Job Description

We are seeking an HR Manager to join our dynamic team in New York. This role will report to the VP of HR and be responsible for managing policies and programs for all employees on the East Coast & Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage recruitment, development, mobility, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, HRIS, and payroll administration.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including developing and maintaining relationships with recruitment sources.
  • Partner with employees to better understand and incorporate their needs into training, career-pathing, and development initiatives.
  • Act as organizational development liaison and advisor to the North America leadership team.
  • Investigate and provide guidance on employee grievances, including serious misconduct, harassment, and discrimination.
  • Ensure compliance with State and Federal labor laws.
  • Conduct exit interviews for all retail employees.
  • Monitor employee costs and ensure they remain within budget.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible experience in HR generalist management and administration.
  • Ability to work successfully in an international environment; luxury retail experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of employee and labor relations laws, regulations, and practices; exposure to compensation and benefits a plus.
  • Capacity to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings.
  • Superior oral and written communications skills.
  • Excellent judgment and mature business skills.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $105,000 to $115,000 USD (plus discretionary bonus) and a stimulating and fulfilling workplace environment.
