Job Opportunity

Bottega Veneta is seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our dynamic team in Brookfield Place. As a Client Advisor, you will play a vital role in meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach, developing new clients, and informing all clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and relevant brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new clients
  • Effectively utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize each transaction and improve KPIs
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with all clients, updating and maintaining client profile records
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections by utilizing training resources provided by the Company
  • Assist management with store opening and closing procedures, maintain visual standards, and comply with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service related field, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
  • Builds and maintains a loyal client following
  • Has a genuine interest in fashion and follows industry trends/news
  • Exhibits a strong work ethic, leadership skills, high energy level, and is team-oriented
  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintains a polished and well-groomed appearance at all times
