POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sales Support Associate plays a vital role in assisting Management to foster a customer-centric and product-oriented sales environment, where our core values and guiding principles are paramount in delivering an exceptional customer experience and optimizing profitability.

Results Orientation
- Achieves company sales targets by employing effective sales strategies and sharing product knowledge with customers; assists in selecting merchandise or locating items based on customer preferences.
- Stays informed about ongoing sales and promotions; upholds pricing and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensures compliance with merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and other tasks as directed by Management.
- Engages in visual merchandising initiatives, including monthly store setups and maintaining the sales floor.
- Upholds the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards as demonstrated in our sales models, providing a seamless omni-channel experience.
- Facilitates prompt resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
- Ensures a swift and efficient checkout process, remaining knowledgeable about policies regarding payments, coupons, returns, exchanges, and security protocols.
- Reinforces purchasing decisions at the register and meets add-on sales goals, including gift card promotions.
- Enrolls clients in the rewards program.
- Develops and maintains a strong customer base through personalized service and wardrobe consultations.
- Familiarizes with current product fit and style offerings available in-store and online.
- Maintains ongoing communication with clients using our clienteling tools; Style Connect and Customer Book.
- Assists in replenishment activities to ensure the store remains well-stocked and inviting.
- Aids in fulfilling locate requests.
- Contributes to visual merchandising tasks, including floor setups, window displays, visual presentations, and signage placement as instructed.
- Supports the cleanliness and organization of the boutique.
- Encourages an inclusive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Seeks opportunities for personal development and actively requests feedback.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Ability to learn and adapt to company-provided technology.
- Strong organizational skills and capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, associates, and management.
- Regular attendance is essential to ensure adequate coverage for company objectives. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Continuous walking/standing for a significant portion of the 8-hour shift.
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. for 1-33% of the 8-hour shift.
- Frequent climbing for 34%-66% of the 8-hour shift.
