As a Sales Associate at Chico's FAS, you will play a vital role in promoting a customer-focused sales culture and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth: Meet or exceed sales goals by utilizing effective sales techniques, communicating product knowledge to customers, and recommending merchandise selections based on customer needs and desires.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, ensuring a cohesive omni-channel experience for our customers. Resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain Store Standards: Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, pricing and visual standards, and merchandise handling and presentation. Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and sales floor maintenance.
- Operational Excellence: Support replenishment activities, assist with locate fulfillment, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Teamwork and Growth: Promote an inclusive and collaborative approach to problem-solving, seek personal developmental opportunities, and solicit feedback from colleagues and management.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Retail or sales experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to learn or adapt to technology, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Requirements: Constant walking and standing, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs., and frequent climbing.
