Sales Manager

We're seeking a skilled Part-Time Sales Manager to join our team at Carter's. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and inclusive store environment, and driving sales growth through effective product knowledge and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm greetings and assist customers with product styles, features, and benefits
- Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers
- Consistently model service standards and omni-channel experience while coaching others to success
- Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning and detailed follow through
Requirements:
- A positive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation, etc.)
- A high school diploma or GED
