The Select Commercial Insurance Sales Producer is a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving new business sales revenue growth of commercial business clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the insurance industry, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve new business sales goals on an annualized basis by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with commercial business clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at commercial business clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including account management and underwriting, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and delivery of high-quality customer service.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and leverage this knowledge to identify new business opportunities and improve sales performance.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of USI's products and services, and effectively communicate the value proposition to commercial business clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to the growth and success of the sales team.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in business-to-business sales, with a strong track record of success in driving new business sales revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry, including commercial business clients and their insurance needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to commercial business clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including account management and underwriting, to achieve sales goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- College degree preferred.
