Account Acquisition Representative

We are seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our B2B sales team at City Wide Facility Solutions. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for our services, and driving sales strategies to achieve business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proven track record of meeting performance goals. They should also possess a creative problem-solving mindset, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Sales Executives and Account Managers to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build long-lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Identify opportunities for our services and develop sales strategies to achieve business growth
- Work closely with Sales Executives and Account Managers to drive sales initiatives and deliver results
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- 6-24 months of experience in outside sales (B2B preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance goals
- Strong history of leadership and academic achievement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong MS Office and CRM abilities

- Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
