Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sponsorship Acquisition Manager to join our team at Equestrian Events, Inc. (EEI). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for securing and managing sponsorships for multiple high-profile events, driving revenue growth and establishing long-term partnerships to support premier equestrian events.
The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team, ensuring seamless sponsor integration and satisfaction while innovating sponsorship offerings to enhance the overall event experience. You will also be responsible for handling all accounting functions including budgeting, invoicing, and financial reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sponsorship Acquisition: Secure and manage sponsorships for multiple high-profile events.
- Team Leadership: Oversee Sponsorship and Trade Fair managers, and provide seasonal oversight to sponsorship contractors and assistants.
- Budget & Revenue Management: Handle all accounting functions including budgeting, invoicing, and financial reconciliation.
- Sponsor Fulfillment & Activation: Ensure optimal brand representation through signage, activations, and hospitality.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison for sponsors, hospitality committees, and equestrian partners such as USEF.
- Strategic Planning: Develop custom sponsorship proposals aligned with client goals.
- Event Participation: Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, fostering new sponsorship opportunities.
Earn up to $125,000 per year, depending on experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate team in a collaborative environment, driving the success of world-renowned competitions.
