About the Opportunity:
At Total Quality Logistics, we are seeking a skilled Business Development Account Representative to join our team. As an integral part of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities with existing customers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your exceptional communication skills and industry knowledge to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. You will work closely with our established sales team to ensure seamless integration and maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute customized account plans to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to inform strategic business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution and delivery of services
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven track record of success in sales or business development
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
