Position Overview
Regal Rexnord is in search of a Commercial Excellence Continuous Improvement Manager to join our North America Commercial Operations team. This pivotal role is tasked with the strategic enhancement of the function's framework and processes essential for executing our unique service model with key clients through proactive leadership and facilitation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence & Problem Solving: Drive the organization towards growth by delivering exceptional service to clients, ensuring world-class responsiveness and information.
  • Initiative Leadership: Identify, cultivate, and spearhead transformative initiatives within the North America commercial operations, crafting a vision for change and establishing ambitious goals for impactful transformation.
  • Engagement: Foster organizational support to advance initiatives aimed at achieving the desired future state.
  • Project Management: Oversee and mentor multiple projects concurrently, employing both hands-on and influential leadership styles.
  • Integration of Business Systems: Advocate for the adoption of Regal Business System (RBS) principles across commercial transformation efforts, ensuring alignment with Product Management, Strategic Marketing, and Operations.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (Customer Care, Integration, Product Management, and Operations) to ensure that standardized processes align with departmental goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, nurturing a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation, while encouraging creative thinking to address complex challenges.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of transformation initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Review Mechanisms: Implement regular assessments to evaluate the impact of initiatives on customer satisfaction and business performance, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Possess strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to influence peers and leadership across cross-functional teams. Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous improvement, challenging the status quo while introducing innovative ideas to enhance performance. Hold self and others accountable to foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the adoption of best practices and lessons learned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in leading transformation and continuous improvement initiatives within a commercial setting.
  • Willingness to travel to regional locations as needed.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, organizational integration, and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Experience with business systems implementation, particularly Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) or similar lean management principles.
  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and drive organizational change.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop strategic insights.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Lean Deployment.
  • Background in the Industrial sector.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Improvement/RBS tools.
