    • Provide tactical pricing decisions in alignment with profit goals.
  • 80/20 Complexity Reduction and Pricing:
    • Execute tactical pricing decisions aligned around profit expectations.
    • Drive solutions for product mix with demand shaping strategies.
    • Implement portfolio simplification and complexity reduction for margin expansion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business/Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of related and progressive experience in a manufacturing industry.
  • Strong experience interacting with both internal and external customers.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous people leadership experience.
  • 80/20 complexity reduction and simplification experience.
  • Proficiency in relevant ERP systems and CRM.
