Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and enhance manufacturing workflows for efficiency.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies to elevate production standards.
  • Design and develop machinery and tools for manufacturing purposes.
  • Utilize CAD software for the design of manufacturing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges within the production process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Assess manufacturing technologies for operational efficiency and safety.
  • Initiate cost-effective process enhancements.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
  • Generate comprehensive reports for management review.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • Proficient in continuous improvement practices, equipment design, process engineering, and CAD.
  • In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Skilled in data analysis and report generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.
  • Certification as a Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE) is advantageous.
  • Experience in the finance sector is a plus.
