  • Create Inventory Dashboard: Develop an inventory dashboard to support order forecasting and enhance capabilities for managing hardware and peripheral assets.
  • Ensure Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with IT and logistics teams to ensure continuous improvement of asset management processes.
  • Establish Efficient Asset Management: Establish a system that enhances the efficiency and security of hardware asset management.
  • Maintain Operational Effectiveness: Maintain high standards of operational effectiveness and compliance throughout the asset lifecycle, from procurement to disposal.
Qualifications:
  • 2 Years of Related Experience: Proven track record in asset management, particularly in an IT-focused environment.
  • Strong Understanding of Logistics: Strong understanding of logistics and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of overseeing complex asset management initiatives.
  • Inventory Management Expertise: High level of proficiency in managing inventory databases and implementing self-service systems.
  • Effective Communication: Effective communication skills, able to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and security in asset management.
Additional Requirements:
