Community Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Assess clients' strengths, abilities, needs, and preferences to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Work collaboratively with clients to establish treatment goals and milestones, ensuring a clear understanding of expectations and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely records, adhering to established standards for documentation.
- Educate families and groups on treatments and prevention programs, promoting awareness and understanding of mental health issues.
- Coverage ranging from 20-30 hours per week; flexible scheduling available to accommodate individual needs.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work).
- Able to drive a personal automobile with a valid Ohio driver's license, insured vehicle, and safe driving record.
- Sensitivity to diverse populations and knowledge of benefits and entitlements (e.g., SSI/SSD) an asset.
- Competitive salary based on experience: $45,000-$60,000 per year.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate individual needs.
