Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000-$80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This compensation package includes paid weekly earnings, comprehensive medical benefits, and a 401k plan for long-term financial security.

Job Description

As a Therapeutic Support Specialist, you will work closely with our director to develop and implement evidence-based speech and language therapy programs for students aged K-12. Your expertise in clinical practices and interpersonal skills will enable you to create a supportive learning environment, fostering growth and progress in each student.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution;
  • An Ohio SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association;
  • At least 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably working with preschool-aged children;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with students, parents, and educational staff;
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech and language therapy, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
