Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the internal Finance team, the Financial Operations Specialist is tasked with the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various financial systems and programs, including the Chrome River Expense Management System and the Corporate Credit Card Program.
Specific Duties Include:
- System Administration: Manage system configuration, workflow, and alerts, while ensuring adherence to established guidelines and policies.
- Client Support: Serve as the primary contact for internal clients regarding finance systems, addressing inquiries and providing necessary training.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to generate management reports, identifying trends and discrepancies for management review.
- Vendor Management: Act as the liaison between Baker Tilly and external vendors, maintaining relationships and addressing system errors.
- Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other tasks as required to support the Finance team.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a preference for candidates with system or technology exposure.
- Proficient in Excel with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
