About the Role

The Document Preparation Specialist will play a crucial role in preparing documents for scanning, ensuring they meet client specifications and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare documents for scanning using imaging software and hardware.
  • Remove staples, paper clips, and fix creased documents, handle receipts, and insert barcodes and separator sheets as needed.
  • Organize documents correctly for scanning based on client specifications.
  • Transport boxes to and from the warehouse and/or document cart.
  • Use job tracking software to initiate work and track daily tasks.
  • Oversee the quality of prepared files based on written instruction.
Requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of most projects and tasks.
  • Experience working as a Document Preparation Technician.
  • Basic understanding of job set-ups in imaging software.
  • Ability to identify and escalate issues or concerns related to each project.
  • Maintain a high level of quality and efficiency by meeting all productivity and quality metrics.
  • Ability to lift and carry a 30-pound box a short distance.
  • Strong computer skills required.
