Job Title: RFP Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled RFP Specialist to join our team at TSC LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit high-quality RFPs to clients and prospects.
  • Track and manage RFP deadlines and project timelines.
  • Develop and present custom solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team.
  • Coordinate customer and prospect meetings and events.
  • Generate reports on sales targets and activity metrics.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of related experience.
  • High school or equivalent with 1 year of related work experience.
  • Excellent project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Preferred experience working with pricing and/or calculating margins.
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively and work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Working Conditions:

Able to work 15-20 hours a week.
