RFP Specialist

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized RFP Specialist to join our team at TSC, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and developing custom solutions for our clients.

• Prepare and manage RFPs, ensuring timely submission and compliance with client requirements.
• Develop and present proposals, bids, and quotations that showcase our products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content accuracy and maximizes business opportunities.
• Seek out new RFP opportunities and maintain a repository of templates and standard language.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, record keeping, and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate customer and prospect meetings, preparing presentation materials and exhibits.
• Generate reports on sales targets, activity, and other related metrics.

• 2 years of related experience.
• High school or equivalent with 1+ years of related work experience.
• Excellent project coordination skills, strong organizational and communication skills.
• Preferred experience working with pricing and/or calculating margins.
• Ability to prioritize work effectively, both independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Able to work 15-20 hours a week.
