Job Summary:
The Privacy and Information Management Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the development and implementation of privacy and information management strategies and policies across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals in the development and implementation of privacy and information management strategies and policies.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on privacy and information management best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including program managers, senior executives, and external partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of privacy and information management strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry trends, and provide recommendations for updates to policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of team activities, including meeting minutes, action items, and progress reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a privacy and information management capacity.
- Proven track record of leading teams and developing and implementing effective strategies and policies.
- Strong understanding of privacy and information management principles, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex information and make sound recommendations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
