**Requirements:**
* Bachelor\u2019s degree in nursing or related field.
* Master\u2019s degree preferred.
* Current license as a Registered Professional Nurse.
* At least 5 years of nursing experience, with evidence of leadership mastery at the Assistant Manager level or equivalent.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
