Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with NYS DOH regulations and standards of practice.
- Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of our home healthcare agency, including supervision of staff and coordination of patient care activities.
- Collaborate with our administrative team to ensure effective management of our programs and services.
- Ensure the quality and continuity of care provided by our staff, including monitoring patient care activities and conducting competency reviews.
- Develop and implement an effective staff training and development program to ensure our staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
Requirements:
- NYS Licensed and currently registered as a Registered Professional Nurse – in good standing.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing and holds an RN Diploma and BSN. Master's degree in a complementary field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a LHCSA of increasing leadership roles; to include supervisory, management and administrative positions in a home care organization.
- Subject Matter Expert with knowledge & experience related to NYS DOH regulations and Policies/Procedures.
