In this role, you will lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, social workers, and support staff. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of care delivery services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

To succeed in this position, you will need to develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care and service delivery. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate care and resources for patients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial or leadership role
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
