Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is seeking an experienced Certified Home Healthcare Registered Nurse to lead our team as Director of Patient Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for organizing and directing our service program, ensuring compliance with Certified Home Healthcare Rules and Regulations, and developing and growing our Certified Home Healthcare agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of our service program, ensuring alignment with our agency's mission and goals.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure compliance with Certified Home Healthcare Rules and Regulations, NYS DOH Regulations, and Certified Home Care Agency Documentation and Compliance Guidelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, healthcare providers, and community partners.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of Registered Nurses to provide high-quality patient care services.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our service program, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience as a professional nurse with 1 year administrative/supervisory experience in community health.
- Knowledge of Certified Home Healthcare Rules and Regulations, NYS DOH Regulations, and Certified Home Care Agency Documentation and Compliance Guidelines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care services.
