Operations Coordinator

Join Texas Health Action as an Operations Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. This hybrid position requires a strong understanding of insurance utilization, grants, and financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate insurance billing processes, including verification, entry, submission, and appeals.
- Manage Ryan White grant referrals and reporting, serving as the organization's point of contact.
- Assist with grant and fundraising projects as needed.
- Facilitate client account reconciliation, including processing payments and financial policy updates.
- Coordinate therapist credentialing processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 2-4 years of experience in billing, finances, or healthcare administration.
- Experience with LGBTQIA+ and/or other marginalized communities a strong plus.
- Microsoft Office skills and ability to become familiar with company-specific programs or software.
