Job Summary

This role is responsible for coordinating the internal service process for assigned commercial property and casualty clients in a new, industry-changing brokerage.

The Small Business Team is seeking a client-focused, detail-oriented, and ambitious individual to join their team of highly motivated and inclusive professionals. A successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to partner with Account Managers, Account Executives, and Producers to provide unique services to each client.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage successful outsourcing workflows, including certificates of insurance, auto identification cards, policy checking, and MVRs.
  • Prepare and review client communications and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and own the renewal process workflow for successful, timely execution.
  • Execute consistent and accurate data and information entry and maintenance in various systems.
