About the Role

  • Maintain a clean and stocked workplace, prep area, kitchen area, storage area, and walk-in, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in a Pastry leadership position, with a proven track record of success.
  • Certification in Hospitality-related field (preferred), demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
  • Understanding of baking and pastry techniques, production, and basic knowledge of kitchen equipment, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow, with a passion for the food industry and a desire to contribute to a dynamic team.
  • Positive demeanor, ability to give and take direction, and passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Open availability, with a willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • English fluency and additional languages (preferred), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
