POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Spa Operations Assistant Manager with a proven history of enhancing business performance and nurturing talent. In this role, you will work closely with the Spa & Boutique Manager to drive results and meet key performance indicators while providing exceptional service to our clientele.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Spa & Boutique Manager in overseeing daily operations, including sales, service, and team dynamics.
  • Meet and exceed sales objectives and KPIs; proactively identify opportunities for growth.
  • Contribute positively to the store's sales performance and actively promote all sales initiatives.
  • Manage resources effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure superior customer service at all times.
  • Utilize clienteling techniques to foster genuine relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
  • Conduct consultations for walk-in clients, including high-profile individuals.
  • Assist in executing in-store events that align with the brand's vision and enhance brand visibility.
  • Train, motivate, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, as well as maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met, reflecting brand guidelines.

  • Experience as a retail Assistant Manager, Store Manager, or Spa Manager in the beauty industry.
