Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic General Manager who is passionate about hospitality and seeks growth in an expanding company. The right person will have a proven track record of successfully opening restaurants, leading a large team of managers and staff, and be dedicated to our standards and people.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a large team of managers and staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, labor, and customer service
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus and ensure high-quality food products
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager in a contemporary, chef-driven, full-service restaurant
  • Proven track record in developing and leading a successful team to excellence
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of business operations and financials
  • Wine and spirit knowledge and an understanding of industry trends
  • Quick problem solver with a knack for turning tough situations into positive outcomes
