Facilities Maintenance Manager

Position Overview: As a Facilities Maintenance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance operations of our multifamily communities. Your leadership will be vital in ensuring that our service team delivers exceptional maintenance services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with community and regional management to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to the maintenance team, empowering them to achieve excellence in service delivery.
- Manage work orders efficiently, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities to ensure timely completion.
- Lead by example, actively participating in maintenance tasks and troubleshooting as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints while maintaining high standards of service and resident satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Certifications such as EPA I and EPA II are mandatory; CPO certification is preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs., with occasional lifting of up to 80 lbs.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- A valid driver's license is required.
