The Fountain Group is currently in search of a Facilities Operations Coordinator for a key client. This role is focused on supporting the overall functionality of facility assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support for all facility-related operations.
- Generate purchase orders and manage invoicing processes.
- Assist the facilities team in various tasks.
- Support front-of-house services as needed, including:
- Visitor management
- Handling incoming phone inquiries
- Conducting site inductions
- Managing office mail and courier services
- Overseeing access control arrangements
- Ordering office supplies
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and setups
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a college degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
- At least 2 years of experience in a facilities coordination or office management capacity is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required, with a strong emphasis on MS Excel.
- Familiarity with Ariba is preferred but not essential.
