Compensation:
$22/hr on W2 (no benefits)

Contract Duration:
12 Month Contract

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Facility Management:
  • Serve as the primary contact for all facility-related inquiries.
  • Ensure all facility assets comply with business and legal standards.
  • Generate Purchase Requests/Orders and oversee the invoicing process.
  • Authorized to make minor discretionary purchases.
  • Oversee both soft and hard services, collaborating closely with landlords, building management, and facility vendors.
  • Conduct stakeholder management meetings.
  • Maintain comprehensive site records and documentation.
  • Manage facility requests efficiently.
  • Assist the facilities team with relevant projects, reporting, and programs.
  • Support energy and waste/recycling efficiency initiatives with regular updates and tracking.
  • Provide training and support to staff on facility equipment usage.

Front of House Services:
  • Offer additional support to front-of-house services as needed.
  • Manage visitor reception and incoming phone communications.
  • Conduct site inductions for new visitors.
  • Oversee office mail and courier services.
  • Manage access control systems.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Coordinate booking and setup of meeting rooms.
  • Restock office and café consumables.
  • Manage site notices, signage, and certificates.
  • Assist the Facilities Specialist/Manager as required.

Safety Support:
  • Assist in maintaining the site's safety protocols.
  • Provide direct support to regional Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management by reporting non-compliance issues.
  • Monitor and replenish first aid supplies.
  • Communicate HSE/Emergency information to first-time visitors.
  • Assist with evacuation and shelter-in-place procedures.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and IT/Microsoft Office skills are essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a facility support role or 5+ years in a similar corporate environment, including front-of-house services or hospitality.

Compensation:
$22.00 per hour

Expected Work Hours:
No less than 40 hours per week

Schedule:
8-hour shifts, Day shift, Monday to Friday, Overtime available

Education Requirement:
High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
