Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Della Infotech. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop and manage project plans, schedules, and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations, identify, track, and manage risks and issues, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, vendors, and agency stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communication: Prepare and distribute dashboards and status reports, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Change Management: Oversee change management efforts, collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and user adoption, and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, standards, and policies.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years in Project Management, including large-scale, complex technology projects, with experience in the public sector or with state agencies, DMV preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong presentation skills, proven leadership, and comfort in navigating a matrixed environment to drive progress and decision-making.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or related field, with PMP certification preferred.
