  • Responding to inquiries from employees, providing guidance and support.
  • Assisting with the recruitment process by posting and managing job openings, assisting with application completion, and gathering new hire submission paperwork.
  • Maintaining the employee paperwork lifecycle for accuracy and completeness, ensuring data integrity by maintaining records and submitting all documents to DHQ HR.
  • Conducting new employee orientation.
  • Completing FMLA requests and submitting them to DHQ HR for processing.
  • Assisting managers with timecard management.
  • Collaborating on the development and delivery of training to employees.
  • Coordinating all program participant grievances.
  • Maintaining up-to-date compliance postings.
