LHB, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our Public Works Structures and Survey Business Unit in Minneapolis, MN. This hybrid working position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office 365.

The successful candidate will assist project managers with various tasks, including scheduling, meeting attendance, client communications, and coordination of project information. They will also be responsible for organizing project files, tracking contracts, and insurance information.

To succeed in this role, you should have an Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience working in a professional office environment. Strong project management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers with preparation of project contracts, proposals, correspondence, reports, and specifications.
  • Organize project files, track contracts, and insurance information.
  • Communicate closely with design professionals, clients, contractors, and governmental agencies.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimum oversight.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
