Job Description

This role is responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the Wind Operating Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing regular administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, managing calendars, scheduling travel, and maintaining office organization.

Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative tasks and maintain office organization.
  • Coordinate meetings with internal team members and external guests.
  • Manage calendars and schedule travel.
  • Greet visitors and customers.
  • Schedule catering for meetings.
  • Set up and manage filing systems.
  • Prepare documents, records, and files.
  • Proofread and inspect communications and documents.
  • Prepare billing and invoices as needed.
  • Assist project managers with data flow and Procore management.
  • Maintain Professional Engineering License tracking.
  • Assist new hires with technology ordering, onboarding, and orientation.
  • Track and communicate training.
  • Oversight of shipping and receiving of UPS and other packages.
  • Maintain floor's kitchen and copy room supplies.
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as Procore.
  • Active listening skills and effective communication.
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum three years of administrative support experience.
