About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Store Associate to join our team at adidas Ontario Mills. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment, maintaining a clean and organized store, and adhering to company standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required.
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
