Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers on our products and services.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Support the Store Leadership Team in achieving sales goals and promoting a positive store environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred)
  • 2 (or less) years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
