Position Overview:

As a leader in technology solutions for mergers, acquisitions, initial public offerings, restructuring, and other vital capital transactions, Datasite operates in over 170 countries. We equip the world's foremost investment banks, private equity firms, law firms, and corporations with tools designed to simplify, streamline, and expedite the due diligence process, enabling them to close more deals efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

Cash and Banking Oversight

  • Monitor daily cash positions and coordinate global cash forecasts.
  • Execute daily cash management tasks, including payment processing and fund transfers for both international and domestic accounts.
  • Analyze monthly banking fees for optimization.
  • Ensure adherence to banking agreements and audit protocols.
  • Manage foreign exchange forecasts and assess associated risks.
Debt Management and Compliance
  • Assist in the preparation of financial documents for compliance reporting.
  • Maintain debt files for interest forecasting.
  • Support debt reporting, interest modeling, and compliance activities.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with debt partners.
Risk Management and Insurance
  • Assist in the preparation of annual insurance applications.
  • Identify and manage financial and currency risks.
  • Continuously improve risk management strategies and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory controls.
  • Support financial audits and respond to audit inquiries.
Additional Treasury Projects
  • Collaborate with various departments to address banking needs.
  • Assist in banking integration initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Explore innovative ways to leverage the Datasite product.
  • Support the integration process of new acquisitions.
Qualifications:

2 - 4 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles.

Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convey data clearly in both written and verbal formats.

Proficiency in IT, particularly in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with treasury systems and electronic payment initiatives is advantageous. Familiarity with Workday is preferred.

Self-motivated with proven prioritization skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively while handling confidential information with discretion.

Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Experience:

2 - 4 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles.

Physical Demands:

Typical office environment, which includes extended periods of sitting or standing, working on a personal computer, typing, using a mouse, participating in video conferences, etc.
