Position Overview:

The Treasury Analyst plays a vital role within the Global Corporate Treasury team, focusing on cash and banking operations, global cash flow forecasting, debt compliance, risk assessment, and various treasury-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash and Banking Operations

  • Oversee daily cash positions and coordinate comprehensive global cash forecasts.
  • Execute daily cash management tasks, including payment processing and fund transfers for both international and domestic accounts.
  • Evaluate monthly banking fees for cost management.
  • Ensure adherence to banking agreements and compliance protocols.
  • Manage foreign exchange forecasts and assess associated risks.
Debt Compliance and Reporting
  • Assist in the preparation of financial documentation for compliance purposes.
  • Maintain accurate debt files for interest forecasting.
  • Support debt reporting, interest modeling, and compliance initiatives.
  • Foster relationships with debt partners to ensure effective communication.
Risk Assessment and Insurance Management
  • Assist in the preparation of annual insurance applications.
  • Identify and manage financial and currency risks.
  • Drive continuous improvement in risk management strategies and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Support financial audits and respond to audit inquiries.
Additional Treasury Projects
  • Collaborate with various departments to address banking needs.
  • Assist in banking integration initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Explore innovative ways to leverage the Datasite product.
  • Support the integration process for new acquisitions.
Qualifications:

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles.

Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convey data effectively in both written and verbal formats.

Proficiency in IT, particularly in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with treasury systems and electronic payment processes is advantageous; familiarity with Workday is preferred.

Self-motivated with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate within a team while handling sensitive information with discretion.

Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.

Experience:

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles.

Physical Requirements:

Standard office environment involving extended periods of sitting or standing, working on a computer, typing, using a mouse, and participating in video conferences.
