Position Overview:

As a key member of the Global Corporate Treasury team, the Treasury Analyst plays a vital role in cash and banking management, including global cash flow forecasting, debt compliance, risk assessment, and other treasury-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash and Banking Management

  • Oversee daily cash positions and coordinate global cash forecasts.
  • Execute daily cash management tasks, including payment processing and fund transfers for both international and domestic accounts.
  • Analyze monthly banking fees for optimization.
  • Ensure adherence to banking agreements and audit protocols.
  • Manage foreign exchange forecasts and assess associated risks.
Debt Reporting and Compliance
  • Assist in the preparation of financial documentation for compliance purposes.
  • Maintain debt records for interest forecasting.
  • Support debt reporting, interest modeling, and compliance efforts.
  • Foster relationships with debt partners.
Risk Management and Insurance
  • Contribute to the preparation of annual insurance applications.
  • Identify and manage financial and currency risks.
  • Continuously improve risk management strategies and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in financial audits and respond to audit inquiries.
Additional Treasury Projects
  • Collaborate with various departments to address banking needs.
  • Support banking integration initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Explore innovative ways to leverage the Datasite product.
  • Assist in the integration process of new acquisitions.
Qualifications:

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles.

Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convey data clearly in both written and verbal formats.

Proficiency in IT, particularly in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with treasury systems and electronic payment processes is advantageous. Familiarity with Workday is preferred.

Self-motivated with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.

Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Experience:

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles.

Physical Demands:

Standard office environment involving extended periods of sitting or standing, computer usage, and participation in video conferences.
