About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Coordinator for Facial Plastic Surgery to join our team. As a vital member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, greeting patients and ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, make appointment reservations accurately, and maintain thorough records.
- Facilitating Patient Flow: Ensure efficient patient flow within the clinic, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Data Entry: Obtain and enter demographic and insurance information into our system, collecting copays and necessary details for a smooth appointment process.
- Patient Education: Educate patients about our services, treatments, and policies to provide informed guidance.
- Continuity: Support patient satisfaction by ensuring all interactions are professional, engaging, and effective.
Requirements
- Strong Communication Skills: Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with patients, demonstrating a genuine passion for providing an outstanding patient experience.
- Organizational Ability: Manage multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize technology and computer systems for scheduling and record-keeping purposes.

- Flexibility: Willingness to work and travel between our three clinic locations as needed.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required; valid driver's license also necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Experience: 1+ years in customer service, sales, or reception; familiarity with EMR systems a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience working in the facial plastics or cosmetic industry, or related field.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 annually, depending on experience, along with opportunities for career growth, professional development, and a supportive work environment.
