Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to serve as our Spa Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized attention to guests from arrival to departure
  • Educating guests on the Woodhouse experience, including our amenities and services
  • Answering phone calls with a smile and addressing guest inquiries
  • Suggesting products and services to enhance the guest experience
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests
