Job Opportunity

Midwest Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialists is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join our esteemed specialty practice in the Twin Cities. Our well-established practice boasts 15 physicians (8 ENT specialists, 4 Facial Plastic MDs, 2 Allergists, and 1 Neurotologist), 5 advanced practice providers, and 4 clinics across the east-metro of the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in state-of-the-art clinical facilities, primarily operating in our Ambulatory Surgery Center under dedicated block time, with potential for additional privileges at outside facilities. Collaborating with multiple specialists in an integrated model of care, the Otolaryngologist will impact and lead business operations within a collegial, physician-led practice.

A highly competitive, RVU-based compensation structure before partnership offers a rewarding career path. Typically, this position leads to partnership within 24–30 months, providing opportunities for investment in multiple ventures:

  • Midwest Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists, a private medical practice
  • Midwest Surgery Center, co-owned by Midwest Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists
  • Commercial real estate business
  • Hearing aid retail business
