  • Create AutoCAD construction drawings and prepare site-specific specifications, contract documents, and independent cost estimates.
  • Perform project management tasks and communication, including safety plans and work sequences.
  • Generate and manage Integrated Risk Management Checklists (IRMC), communication plans, and project risk registers to comply with Operational Risk Management (ORM) standards.
  • Oversee and complete Work Permits for potential lead and asbestos impacts during construction.
  • Participate in pre-construction and on-site construction meetings with stakeholders to synchronize ongoing projects.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction activities to achieve project milestones and deadlines, working closely with stakeholders and contractors.
  • Manage and engage in on-site cutovers, testing, and facility restorations.
  • Prepare, maintain, and provide regular updates on project status to the team, management, and stakeholders.

  • Review project deliverables and communicate findings both verbally and in writing.
  • Ensure timely responses for project RFIs (Requests for Information) and related submissions.
  • Monitor project progress and stakeholder requirements.
  • Work independently to assess, select, and apply standard engineering techniques and procedures, exercising judgment in adapting and modifying engineering designs.
Basic Qualifications:
