- 5-10 years of technical sales experience in the Oil and Gas industry, specifically in fracing and completions.
- Proven experience in utilizing CRM systems to manage customer relationships and drive business growth.
- A strong network in the Midland/Denver/Pittsburgh areas, with a black book of current completions contacts.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience in presenting demos to customers.
- Inside sales experience, including follow-through of service delivery.
- Long sales cycles experience is preferred.
- Strong relationship building skills, including coordination and organization.
- Comfortable navigating company software and processes.
- Ability to provide full-service to clients.
- Knowledge of sensors and software, and the benefits of automated operating systems.
- Understanding of the value of consolidated normalized databases on a frac location.
- Proficiency in MS applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is preferred.
- A self-starter with a hands-on approach to sales.
- Ability and willingness to travel for work as required.
- A positive attitude and ambition to succeed in a fast-paced, results-oriented sales environment.
